Senior Enterprise Customer Success Lead |Pre & Post Sales
​Trusted strategic advisor and analytics consultant to SAI's top clients in the Retail, CPG, Pharmacy, Finance, and Convenience space. In my role, I work on both the Pre-Sales and Post Sales teams.
For Post Sales, I help to support over 950 users on the platform pertaining to business intelligence, data engineering, data science applications, and organizational strategy.
On the Pre-Sales Side I work with potential clients by understanding their business needs, showcasing SAI's products through demo's, and building custom proof of concepts for these prospects.

Lead Supply Chain Analyst - North America
Supported Executive team with analyses regarding the Manufacturing Site and internal warehouse. I also implemented a new ERP system and developed forecasting methodology to accurately improve demand and decrease overspend on materials. Furthermore, I designed a space planning tool to maximize storage of finished products; leading to a $32k monthly revenue increase.

Created dashboards and reports for the Executive team around Pharmacy KPI's. Also a member of the Adherence Strategy team in which I built and maintained special projects including customer outreach, program strategies and pharmacy pricing. Created the Clinical Opportunity analysis which focused on store performance that helped regional and district managers easily identify weak points in store KPI's. Successfully grew store sales across chain by 4% ($380k).

Consistently grew monthly product revenue by 15% ($3.2k a month) by creating marketing campaigns to new or existing customers. Grew advertising revenue from our website by 32% ($2k a month).

Lead administrator on Call Miner platform that specialized in call center data and analytics. Managed a team of two where our main goal was to create analysis on the company's portfolio and call center metrics using SQL. Created a contact ability model that identified debtors most likely to repay, best day/time to reach them and strategy to use when speaking with them.

Marketing Analyst
Supported Finance and Marketing team with reports and visualizations on key metrics. Assisted CMO with launching a customer loyalty program and growing revenue through promotions - in store and online. Provided Allocation team with basket reporting to help with merchandising and inventory management.

Managed inventory for 800+ stores and modified warehouse distribution to them. Built the "Replenishment Tracker" to evaluate store requests of merchandise and monitor costs. Communicated with over one hundred vendors to ensure proper inventory was being provided to stores and warehouse - especially during Halloween.
